A guild of Wizards led by the high wizard Haiu-izado are breaking out of their simulated universe to find humans to merge with and save their world.
Taking Part
When you buy a Wizards of the Tower Shade NFT you allow a wizard soul to merge with yours and you’ll be able to participate in the Quest and coming events.
The Quest
The quest consists of a number of Keys and Gates that need to be unlocked and passed in order to get on to the next step in the journey. Each key can be solved by the community together, but each gate will be an individual challenge where you can earn a score.

- Skills and abilities corresponding to their traits (rare traits > more powerful wizard)

THE WIZARDS
The wizard is your game account, a place to track your progress and your avatar in the Arcane Universe, it also holds your deck.
If you want to exit the game you can sell your wizard and its progress to another player. Wizards can be sold within the game, but are regulated on chain and thus can be sold on any marketplace you prefer.
Summoning
Wizard holders can participate in summoning events and perform a ritual to create new wizards that can be sold to bring new players into the Arcane Universe. The original genesis and corrupted wizards will be more powerful in these events, and able to summon more new wizards than the rest.
Fusing
Wizards can also be fused with each other. When fusing wizards their abilities, experience and decks are merged into one. In addition to enabling the creation of epic wizards, fusing will have a deflationary effect on the total number of NFTs.

Camp the Tower (Stake your wizard)
The longer your wizard camps the more powerful rewards you will get, including rare cards, artifacts and $ARCANA.
TRADE
Buy/sell cards using $ARCANA or on the open market (all rare cards and artifacts are regulated on-chain).
CONQUER
Win cards in tournaments, PvP duels and in adventures - the stakes will be high.

FAQ
Is it too late to join the Quest?
No, no matter when you buy a Wizard you can join in the quest and earn a score and possibly artifacts for the next phase of this project. You do not need to complete previous keys and gates to catch up.
How do I partake in the Quest & the War of the Arcane?
You buy a Wizard or Corrupted Wizard NFT from the official collections. Link to Opensea in the footer.
How do I connect to the WTS universe?
You must have Metamask and own a wizard or corrupted wizard NFT in your wallet to connect to the WTS universe.
What chain are WTS on?
Ethereum blockchain and you need an ETH wallet and Metamask to buy a wizard and participate.
What are the Upper Halls?
A closed group for original genesis and corrupted wizards. This club will be exclusive to only original wizards forever.
When will the game War of the Arcane be released?
The first phase of the War will start when the quest has been completed. The game is currently under development.
When can I stake my Wizard?
After the Quest has been completed and the War of the Arcane has begun.
What are Keys and Gates in the Quest?
The Keys are complex riddles with both physical and digital parts that require the community to work together. The Gates are challenges of skill where each wizard is on their own in a struggle to be the first to pass to acquire items and score.
How does score in the Quest work?
You gain a score for participating in the Quest, most of which happens online in our quest engine - the Tower. When a Key or special object is found you gain score for that, you also gain a lot of score for completing a Gate. For most scoring events being early will result in higher scores.
What can I do with my score?
Score will be translated to $ARCANA when the War of the Arcane begins. $ARCANA is the currency of the Arcane Universe. It can be used to buy card, abilities and other items. $ARCANA is regulated on-chain and can be traded for other currencies (without restriction of the game mechanics).
